Cancellation Policy

- Students are allowed to cancel their bookings 1 hour before the start time. - Students are allowed to reschedule their bookings 2 hours before the start time. - Failing to attend the booked class will result in a penalty of $5 per session due to no-show. - Bookings are non-shareable with other students. - Students are required to show their booking on their mobile phone to verify their identity, if required. Failing to produce as such, student will be denied from joining the class.
